Create a Twilight Soundtrack!
It's a pleasant side effect of reading the Twilight series - my friends and I, more than once, have found ourselves thinking about songs that remind us of Edward and Bella. There have been so many songs, in fact, that I thought it was time to finally make a soundtrack-of-sorts. Let me start it off by sharing my personal faves:
Oxygen, Colbie Caillat
Mainly because of the line in the song that goes "But how am I supposed, to tell you how I feel, I need oxygen...", which is probably exactly how Bella feels.
Magic, Colbie Caillat
Another one that could be Bella's song for Edward. "You've got magic inside your fingertips. it's leaking out all over my skin. Every time that I get close to you, you're making me weak with the way you look through those eyes..."
Battle, Colbie Caillat
This is the last Colbie Caillat song, I promise! I think it fits Bella's point of view right around the start of New Moon: "Cause this is a battle(why did you have to let go) / and its your final last call (can't you see you hurt yourself) / it was a trialyou made a mistake we know / why aren't you sorry /why aren't you sorry why / this could get better we can be happy, try..."
Stellar, Incubus
