The Twilight Saga: Eclipse Wins at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards

It's just like Kristen said: "We have the greatest fans ever."

The 2011 MTV Movie Awards was held last Sunday (Monday, locally) and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse and its cast ran off with 5 of those cute popcorn buckets!

Best Movie: The Twilight Saga: Eclipse
Best Male Performance: Robert Pattinson
Best Female Performance: Kristen Stewart
Best Fight: Robert Pattinson, Bryce Dallas Howard, Xavier Samuel
Best Kiss: Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart

RPattz was most hilarious throughout the show -- throwing nervous quips left and right and KISSING TAYLOR LAUTNER (yes, people, you read that right) instead of Kristen upon winning Best Kiss -- such that he was inadvertently christened with an unofficial "Movie Awards MVP" title by the MTV Behind-the-Scenes liveblog. Later on, he also went up on stage to help Patrick Dempsey and Chelsea Handler present his recent co-star, Reese Witherspoon, with the Generation Award.

Congratulations to everyone for all their hard work and their intense clicking! I know some people just slaved over their mouses the week before the big day!

After the awards ceremony, actors Peter Facinelli, Jackson Rathbone, Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz and Gil Birmingham, and Eclipse director David Slade tweeted their thanks to the fans.

If you want to catch up on what you missed at the movie awards, you can go to Rob Pattinson News UK for their very extensive post filled with photos and videos. (It's VERY image heavy, so, don't be surprised if your browser fails.)

Danag Ep 23 Contest Winner!

Congratulations to Kim (kymishcullen) for winning TCP's Danag Episode 23 Contest! She will receive a Twilight Care Package consisting of books, posters, and other Twilight merchandise. Please wait for the confirmation e-mail for details on how to claim your prize.

As a refresher, here's the question posed and the winning entry for Danag Ep23:

What do you like most about the Eclipse movie? (max. of 5 sentences)

What I liked most about the movie is how the official soundtrack was used in the film. Frankly, it was very hard to listen to because it is "too indie" for me. At the most, I liked 3 songs out of the album but after watching the movie for a bunch of times, the songs made its mark to me. Together with my favorite scenes, the rhythm and style deeply influenced the mood and impact of it (Jacob with the motorcycle+the music is the scene where somehow, for a millisecond, that I turned team Jacob lol). It conveys more emotion than the previous movies and it represented the characters feelings very well.
Thanks to everyone who sent in entries to the contest, and keep checking back here for more opportunities to win Twilight goodies!

News Round-Up: 19 October 2010

ECLIPSE DVD LOCAL UPDATE:

For those of you who haven't been following us on Twitter, we've been told by the distributors that the release date for the local version of the Eclipse DVD is on December 6, 2010. If there are any changes, we'll post it here. For sure, it'll definitely end up on our twitter feed first since it's faster. :) If you don't have twitter accounts, you can go here or just check out this blog and browse our recent tweets on the right side.

Also, Astrovision/Astroplus is offering the Eclipse DVD up for pre-order until November 2010. You will need to give a 200PHP downpayment, and there will be a free desk calendar or poster upon claiming. The stores are also raffling off 20 Eclipse DVDs. You are entitled to one raffle coupon for every 125PHP single receipt purchase in any Astrovision/Astroplus branch. The draw date is on November 12, 2010.

Thanks to @emotionalgeek over on Twitter for the info about the Astrovision promos!

---

In connection with the DVD, Wrigley's in the US recently had an Eclipse promotion. Fans who have participated have been wonderful to share the video footage they unlocked. I'm sure these will be in the DVD, but if you can't wait, here's The Cullens and Bella's Choice on EclipseMovie.org.

I'm still kinda lazy about posting a longer feature about the new additions to the Breaking Dawn cast, but until then here are some other news bits that came up over the past weeks:

Kristen Stewart says that BD will change people's minds about Bella Swan on the LATimes. Also, on ETOnline: "I can't wait to see the baby." She talks a bit more during her interview with MTV Rough Cut: BD Updates :: "I haven't met my daughter yet." (And yes, people, she says there's gonna be feathers.)

Jackson Rathbone has expressed his opinion about Breaking Dawn in 3D:
"The 3-D world's more for that kind of action epic kind of quality, and that definitely is in the Twilight series, but I think it's more so about the connections we make in life. And I think that doesn't really...you don't need 3-D to show that. You just need to look into...you know, when Rob and Kristen look at each other as Edward and Bella and that spark happens, you don't need 3-D for that."
I agree. For the whole article (which also includes producer Wyck Godfrey's take on the 3D bit), check out About.com.

Jackson was also at the Scream Awards last week with Kristen Stewart and Nikki Reed to accept the award for Best Fantasy Movie for Eclipse. Kristen received the award for Best Fantasy Actress. Robert Pattinson, though not present, also won Best Fantasy Actor. Xavier Samuel ("Riley") won Breakout Male Performance. (Sources: RobPattzNews. NYDailyNews. HitFix.) Congratulations!

From the Scream Awards, we now move on to People's Choice, which is currently asking for nominations. And we can vote! The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is up for Favorite Movie and Favorite Drama Movie, Rob and Taylor for Favorite Movie Actor, and Kristen for Favorite Movie Actress. The trio are also in the shortlist for Favorite OnScreen Team and Favorite Movie Star Under 25. Go here for the nominations. (By the way, we can vote as guests.)

And since it's almost Halloween and you're probably thinking of something to wear for your office costume parties, here are some Twilight Costume Guides and one for dressing up like Rob and Kristen by Twilight Poison.

News Round-Up: 13 August 2010

Happy Friday the 13th everyone!

So this week was the 2010 Teen's Choice Awards, and we all knew that the Twilight Saga was nominated in a lot of categories. But, who expected Taylor Lautner to beat Robert Pattinson for two titles? Taylor walked home with the surfboards for Choice Male Hottie, which Rob won last year, and Choice Movie Actor: Fantasy. (He was up against his Twilight costar for both.) He also won Choice Red Carpet Fashion Icon: Male and the Invisalign-sponsored Choice Smile. Well, at least we know he completely deserves the last one--if there's one common comment about Taylor, it's about how white and pretty his teeth are.

Robert didn't go home empty-handed, of course. He took home the board for Choice Movie Actor: Drama for his role in Remember Me. In his acceptance speech, Rob mentioned that, "...it's great to win something outside of Twilight." We hope this is the beginning of good things for his future.

The night was capped off by another big Twilight win, but as the series won so many, they made the entire cast that was present go up on stage to accept it collectively. Among the awards we'd like to note: Rachelle Lefevre won for Best Villain for New Moon. (Rachelle tweeted her thanks to the fans after.) And Robsten won for Choice Movie: Chemistry and Choice Movie: Liplock. Kristen Stewart also won for Choice Movie Actress: Fantasy. Unfortunately, she wasn't in attendance for the ceremony due to her filming On the Road. I read that they said the show would have been arranged differently had KStew been there.

Let's not forget to mention that we won Most Fanatic Fans! I wonder if that means there were a lot of Twilight fans that voted for themselves or if other fans voted us because we're the craziest of the list? Lol.

Here's the list of Twilight Teen Choice wins c/o TVbythenumbers.com. For pictures and videos (mostly of Rob), check out RobPattzNews. Congratulations to everyone!

Choice Movie: Liplock - Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”
Choice Movie: Chemistry - Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”

Choice Movie: Female Scene Stealer - Ashley Greene, “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”

Choice Movie Actor: Fantasy - Taylor Lautner, “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”
Choice Movie Actress: Fantasy - Kristen Stewart, “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”
Choice Movie Actor: Drama - Robert Pattinson, “Remember Me”

More Twilight on the net...

When CdL tweeted this and said our collector hearts would be pumping, she was right. Well, at least I know mine was. So, if you've ever thought that the Twilight books would look good in WHITE, you're in luck. TheBookseller.com has reported that paperback versions of the saga will be republished with white covers by Christmas. The bad news? They'll be limited edition and available only in the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia and India. Boooo.

Twilight Beauty cosmetics will soon have new products in the form of... nail polish. Called Nox, after the Roman goddess of night, the line of nail polish comes in 12 colors. As these are supposedly a tribute to the Cullens, each bottle is decorated on the front by the Cullen crest.
Locally, Twilight Beauty is available in American Rag stores in Festival Mall and Robinsons Place Manila. You may probably ask them if or when the nail polish will be available in their stores.

Finally, in the last round-up I asked how you would envision Bella's wedding dress? InStyle did something better and put up a gallery filled with details for Edward and Bella's wedding! They asked expert designers for their best interpretations of Bella's engagement ring (which actually looks prettier and more vintage than the oval one from the movie), bouquet, invitations, accessories, even venue! What's great is they took passages from the Breaking Dawn book about each item so you can see how they tried to make it match canon. Check out the feature and see if you agree with their take on Alice and Rosalie's bridesmaid dresses and Reem Acra's drawing of Bella's wedding gown according to how Bella herself described it.

Edit: Wouldn't you know it? After I posted the round-up, gracielou105 on Twitter reminded us that today is also Bella and Edward's wedding anniversary! Looks like the InStyle feature wasn't so random after all. :)

A "Thank You" from Eclipse Director David Slade

From: Official Twilight Saga Facebook

When you put your heart and soul into something as intense as the duration of a film production, you become completely lost in it. You focus on doing your very best to get it right each day and you work on this for so long that you assume an ownership of it.

When shooting The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, I always felt an awareness of how many people this film would reach and as a result, knew that this film did not just belong to myself, the producers and the studio, but more so, to all of you, the fans of The Twilight Saga.

At the end of the day, after all the hard work is done, all that's left is the film itself, and your overwhelmingly positive and supportive responses have made me feel like we must have done something right. As a filmmaker, this is a rare and strange feeling of connection with an audience of which I will never forget and I thank you all for it.

David Slade's Note to the Fans

From: Official Twilight Saga Facebook

Dear fans of The Twilight Saga,

I want to congratulate you for reaching over 6 million fans on The Twilight Saga Facebook page.

It's hard to fathom that it was just over one year ago that I started constructing this third and epic adventure which takes place in the town of Forks.

I want to share a story about one of our days of shooting with you.

It was a Friday night and the rain was relentless. We were at La Push to shoot the tribe's histories, a great speech by Billy Black. We had Taylor and Kristen and the whole wolf pack around a campfire as the heavens let loose on us.

Gil Birmingham was in fine form as the rain hammered down on us all, we adjusted our lights so that the rain vanished into the black of night.

We constructed a tent over the scene to keep everyone dry as we worked, every 15 minutes or so we would have to tip it to stop the collecting rain from splitting the fabric.

For some reason still unknown, around 3am, the wolf pack stood exactly in the way of several gallons of rainwater as it was being cleared. Being the wolf pack, they just laughed it off as they stood there soaked to the bone.

We worked through the mud and the rain all night, until we had the scene perfected.

As we left, dawn was now cracking and in the dim light I passed a small army of fans who had braved the weather for the entire night, still standing there, holding drenched flowers and waiting to get a glimpse of our actors.

So, to those of you who stood behind our security, who waited in line at theatres overnight, to those of you who just love these stories, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is a love letter to you.

Each day I felt the weight of your favourite scenes, your favourite lines, your dreams and your imagination.

It has been an unforgettable journey, and now as I finalise the last prints to ready the film for your local theaters, I cannot wait for you to see it.

Sincerest Regards,

DAVID SLADE

Special News Round-Up: The Music of Eclipse (Soundtrack, Score, Stephenie's Bree Tanner playlist)

If there is one thing we can count ourselves lucky for, it's that the Twilight movies come out with great music. Twilight and New Moon both rocked (and, raise your hands if you've heard this before, made "some people" scream "Twilight doesn't deserve such good music/artists!" Well, sorry to you guys, but...) Eclipse is no exception.

You already know the list of songs we've posted here, and maybe even heard some of them online--The Eclipse Soundtrack site recently made the songs available for preview for 24 hours. If you're not familiar with any of them yet, you can still view the music video of Muse's Eclipse headlining theme, Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever) here on MTV and its Making Of video on MySpace. (Would also like to point out this article on DailyRecord UK where Muse's lead singer, Matt Bellamy, comments, "Of course it doesn't matter we have gained fans because of Twilight and that might seem to be uncool... As a band you are represented everywhere." He makes sense, he does.) Vampire Weekend's song, titled Jonathan Low, can also be played here, although the track was unavailable when I last checked.

Here are some reviews by people who have had the opportunity of advanced Eclipse OST listening pleasure:

EW.com's review rates it a solid B+.

Like last October's New Moon collection, Eclipse operates as a sort of alt-party primer: original songs from the genre's current varsity squad, with a smattering of JV newbies. Pomp-rockers Muse, practically the movies' musical mascots by now, provide the requisite dose of Queen-meets-Rush grandiosity on ''Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever),'' while Jack White side project the Dead Weather revel in swampy blooze-ooze on ''Rolling in on a Burning Tire.'' Vampire Weekend, stripped of their habitual Afro-pop swaddling, work the harpsichord-tinged twee of ''Jonathan Low'' into a pleasingly woolly tangle, though Australian chanteuse Sia's ''My Love'' does more with much less — her fragile ballad is so ethereal and otherworldly, it should be sung in Elvish. U.K. indie-pop outfit Fanfarlo's rickety ''Atlas'' sounds like Talking Heads on a dirt-road detour; Beck and British songstress Bat for Lashes trade haunting echo-chamber
vocals on the percussion-heavy duet ''Let's Get Lost''; and on the heady ''Heavy in Your Arms,'' Florence + the Machine make like Siouxsie Sioux leading a tribal marching band into battle. L.A. unknowns Eastern Conference Champions co-opt Radiohead's dense existential dread, Band of Horses conjure up another beardy folk ramble, and this summer's palest citizens get a pretty solid ready-made mixtape.

Fans from the Twilight Lexicon say that "it is the best of the three." Among their recommendations are Heavy in Your Arms by Florence + the Machine, Atlas by Fanfarlo and My Love by Sia. Visit their page for their other impressions.

There is also a song-by-song review up on the Official Eclipse Soundtrack blog.

---

And then we have the score. For Twilight, we had Carter Burwell. For New Moon, we had Alexandre Desplat. It was a pleasant surprise for us to find out that Summit was able to ask composer Howard Shore (famous for scoring The Lord of the Rings) to handle the music for the third Twilight Saga movie, Eclipse. In an exclusive interview with the Twilight Examiner, he shares his vision and his creative process.
Listening to the ECLIPSE score, I noticed that you made Jacob the primary musical character, while using Bella as a sort of surrogate, bookending character.

He’s an important part of the story, and his character is an important element in the arc of the story. The timing was right in the third part to work with Jacob’s feelings and the dramatic arc of Jacob’s story. The Jacob character wasn’t really developed until the third film. It just felt right.

Do you find yourself becoming emotionally invested in scoring these extremely dramatic films?

I do, I do become emotionally invested. I want to write and feel the drama. Music is essentially an emotional language, so you want to feel something from the relationships and build music based on those feelings.
The Twilight Examiner also has a track-by-track analysis of the score in Eclipse. Team Edwards, get ready. Apparently, the music mostly emphasizes and builds up on Jake's angst.

Now if all this music isn't enough for you, you can also check out Stephenie Meyer's posted playlist for The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner!

1. "Yes Please" - Muse
2. "Heads Will Roll" - Yeah Yeah Yeahs
3. "Midnight and I" - White Rabbits
4. "Now We Can See" - The Thermals
5. "Falling In" - Ha Ha Tonka
6. "Rocking Horse" - The Dead Weather
7. "New Noise" - Refused
8. "What If We Could" - Blue October
9. "The Royal We" - Silversun Pickups
10. "Count Me Out" - Meese
11. "Blindness" - Metric
12. "Set the Sails" - Dan Mangan

Eclipse Movie Banners

Summit released three banners of the Eclipse film through various avenues on the internet this past week. The first one of the trio was first viewed through the official Twilight Saga Facebook fanpage. The second, this time of the Volturi, was sent to fansites Twilighters Anonymous, Twilight Guy, His Golden Eyes and Twilight SuperFans on MSN. The third, which shows Riley and the newborns, is featured on the Yahoo! Movies site.

Not feeling Dakota in the Volturi poster, or the camera angle of the first two. I don't know... they lack something. The lighting looks very horror-movie-ish, which we all know, Twilight is not, despite all the vamps running around. (I'm not even counting the werewolves because they're way too cute, like big overgrown pet dogs. Oops. Sorry Jake.) The last image, with Xavier Samuel as Riley, definitely has more flair. I'm wondering if this is all they're releasing, or maybe they'll come up with two more of the wolf pack and the Cullens. Would you guys probably like that? :)

Muse's Song for Eclipse, Neutron Star Collision MTV Released

If that won't work, you can also view the music video through MTV UK. Youtube keeps pulling the video down as soon as it's uploaded by other fans on their site.

What do you think? It's definitely not as epic as Supermassive Black Hole, but it grows on you, sort of like last year's Meet Me on the Equinox. By the way, watch the video for some cute Edward-Bella scenes!

News Round-Up: 14 May 2010

ECLIPSE NEWS... the Good...

A clip from the movie was released recently. It shows the Volturi --- Jane, Alec, Demetri, and Felix --- observing the newborns wreaking havoc in Seattle. You can find it and download an iPod version here on Apple trailers.

BoxOfficeMojo reports that the Motion Picture Association of America's Classification and Ratings Administration have rated Eclipse as PG-13. (Hm, last year, our local classification of New Moon was GP.)

On the Red Carpet has an interview with Charlie Bewley, who plays Demetri in Eclipse. He says that the movie will be action-packed, and shares an anecdote about the shoot.

"We were shooting in this forest in Vancouver and the green room was this gun club and it was so small and all the directors chairs, with the names on the back of them, were lined up like sardines," he said. "So we all went in there, all soaking wet like drowned rats. It was so funny just to see the biggest young Hollywood (stars) like drowned rats, side by side."

The band Metric's lead singer, Emily Haines, reveals her thoughts on having a song on the Eclipse OST in their Myspace blog. She also has an interview with MTV regarding their involvement on Eclipse, and their song, which was in collaboration with famed composer, Howard Shore.

"[He] calls me and says, 'I want to write with you ... I want you to write with me, for the song at the end of the movie, the penultimate moment, where the whole score culminates in this incredible scene.' And I was like, 'OK.' "

..."I had to ... really try to embody the voice of Bella, which I've never done. I've always been interested in that — writing for film — and it was really cool to feel the emotions of someone else, and then try to express it in a way that's consistent with Stephenie [Meyer]'s books," she said. "It was so interesting for me. And [Shore] had also written the [chord] progressions, and we had to work within his melodic ideas, but still make it us. ... He really wanted it to be Metric. So it's, like, Metric and Howard Shore, writing this moment. And when you see the movie, you'll hear that the melodies from the song we wrote are part of the score. ... I can't believe my luck, and it was really cool to work with him."

To round-up the recent good news, it's time for the MTV Movie Awards once again! Due to the zealousness of our fellow Twilighters, our trio have snagged noms for Best Female and Best Male Performances as well as the Global Superstar award. Their costar, Anna Kendrick, is nominated for Best Breakout Star, while New Moon is also in the running for Best Movie.

Of course, what I, and some crazy people like me out there, deem most interesting in this event is the category, Best Kiss, where all three of them are up against each other! Like the last time, I am lobbying for the Robsten pairing. Mabs and CdL will be voting for Kristen-Dakota (via The Runaways). :D Please vote to support!

Now for the bad news...

As you probably know by now, there've been some salary disputes going on and, due to this, we might see Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz getting the boot. They are two of the more loved Cullen actors, at least, they are in our part of the world, so we'd be really sad and disappointed if we don't see them in the last installment. Let's hope they iron things out before then.

Muse is back for the "Eclipse" soundtrack!

It was just announced on Stephenie's site that her favorite band (and one of mine!), Muse, will contribute yet another song to the Twilight Saga discography, this time, for the soundtrack of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Entitled Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever), it will also be the debut single for the album, and will be released on May 17th. The full soundtrack is set for a June 8th release.

Soooo... the suits have decided on a deadline for Breaking Dawn. According to here (Deadline Hollywood), here (Twilight Twitter) and here (MTV), the release date of the film (or of the first film if they decide on two movies) will be November 18, 2011. Should that be final, it'll be a welcome birthday present for any Twilighter celebrating on that day.

But first, they've got to make that movie! Read TCP admin CdL's feature commentary, "The Vampire Death Baby Cometh", about what's in store for newly initiated Twilight saga director Bill Condon at New Worlds PH.

And before all this, well, we've got Eclipse to look forward to! Some fans were able to watch a special Oprah-sponsored screening of the rough cut of the movie. You can read a collected list of attendee fan tweets at HisGoldenEyes.com and a short article on USA Today. Don't worry. The descriptions are quite generic and non-spoilerish. Also, I must say that the largely positive feedback from that screening (considering the movie is unfinished) is very reassuring.

Oprah also has the trio and Dakota Fanning guesting in an episode to air on the 13th of May, or Robert Pattinson's birthday!

The LATimes mentions that the third Twilight Saga movie will be premiering at the LA Film Festival. Reason?

"If we program a movie like 'Twilight' that draws audiences that might not otherwise attend film festivals, hopefully we'll expose them to other cinematic experiences that we think are inspiring," said festival director Rebecca Yeldham.

The price won't be cheap--between 500-1000 USD--but I've heard of people spending more. I think it's a good deal for Twilighters. They not only get their favorite film, but a widened artistic perspective on other films as well. After all, beyond Bella, Edward, Jacob, the Cullens and the last movie, Breaking Dawn, life must go on.

Before anything else, if you haven't been following us on Twitter, we were able to confirm the release date from Pioneer Films: The Twilight Saga: Eclipse will be shown June 30 locally. :)

So, was it a shock to learn about Bill Condon taking the reins from Catherine, Chris and David? It's creating a lot of questions in my mind at least, particularly since that last book has so many different crazy elements in it --- the pregnancy, the "Alien" childbirth scene, the mutant half-vampire baby, the NON-battle. Plus, there's the issue of whether it will be a one or two shot. And Condon's last directorial gig was Dreamgirls. Should we expect Edward bursting into melancholic song as part of his "burning man" portrayal? (Well, I wouldn't mind seeing RPattz in a musical. Now, THAT would be a challenge for him! But let's not tempt fate too much.)

As this is the last movie, and we, mostly, HAVE been able to adjust to the idea of CH's blue tint, CW's gold tones and awesome CGI (sorry, personal admin bias), and, hopefully, we'll see the light of DS's darker direction, we may cross our fingers that BC will be able to work miracles. Just to help us face this though, here's a little insight through the LA Times. The Twilight Lexicon also features highlights from Condon's career.

However, we still have Eclipse this June 30! So let's just leave the inevitability that is the Breaking Dawn film in the back of our heads to stew for a bit until after.

Speaking of the third movie, part of the cast (and by that we mean the main trio) and crew are up in Vancouver reshooting some scenes the past few days. Malicious Mandy offers a bit of info. See Set Report1 and Set Report2.

The LA Times asked the Cullens what to expect from their characters in Eclipse.

This is a bit late, but the Twitter haz it: the official Twilight twitter account confirms that Kellan Lutz now tweets! Rejoice Kellmett fans! Follow him here.

Robert Pattinson is listed as one of People Magazine's World's Most Beautiful 2010 (along with Kristen Stewart and Ashley Greene) AND is also on this year's Time 100 World's Most Influential. Love how Chris Weitz penned the write-up:

I have to be careful about what I write here because it will be tweeted the moment TIME hits the stands. And if I say something bad about Rob Pattinson, I'm dead meat. That's the devotion the Twilight films inspire. It's certainly not how he planned it. And though I am continually impressed by the aplomb with which he handles the hysteria, I occasionally think he would take it all back if given the chance. Because essentially, Rob, 23, is a reserved, bookish sort of specimen, a guy who'd rather spend the night at the corner table in the pub with friends — a bit of a weirdo, frankly, in the best sense.

So how to write about someone who seems to answer Freud's rhetorical question, What do women want? Perhaps it's just worth pointing out that it'd be fun to have a beer with him even if he weren't Edward Cullen. That we haven't seen a tenth of what he can do onscreen. And that important things, beyond the veil of Hollywood, occupy his time too — music, conversation, ideas, a sense of the absurd. Which, maybe, explains why he never gets to my e-mails. I love you, Rob! Call me!

(Can I PLEASE say it? I heart Chris Weitz!)

Incidentally, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Rob is only the second person in the Twilight universe to be included in this list. Stephenie Meyer was part of it in 2008. So, congratulations, RPattz! We hope being on this particular list will open more of the right doors for you.
