Postcards for Stephenie: Mailing Address and 1st Drop-off Date
Have you started working on your postcards yet? :) Here are the instructions for mailing your postcards to us, especially for those who do not reside in Metro Manila:
1. Insert your postcard in a separate envelope to ensure that it stays intact and clean when it is delivered. Make sure you pack the postcard securely so that it doesn't get damaged in transit.
2. Write the following information on a separate sheet of paper and include it in the envelope as well: Your Real Name, Your Contact Number, Your Age, Your E-mail Address, Your TCP Forum Username (if applicable), and a list of Twilight fangroups you belong to (if applicable).
3. Seal the envelope and write "PLEASE DO NOT FOLD" somewhere on the front (especially if you're mailing this via the regular post office).
4. Mail it to:

5. We will e-mail you a confirmation once we have received your postcard. If you are mailing it, please do so before October 25 to compensate for possible delays in the post office.

If you live in Metro Manila, you can wait for the Postcard Drop-off Meet-ups. The first one will be on:
Saturday, October 11th
2:00 - 4:00 PM
Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at Greenbelt 3
Please e-mail us at tcppromos(at)gmail(dot)com if you plan to go to the meet-up so that we will know who to wait for. If you have friends who are sending postcards as well, we suggest you collect them and have just one person drop them off so that it'll be easier for everyone. If you don't e-mail us, we won't wait for you beyond 4:00pm during Drop-off Day.
You can also personally drop-off your postcard at Fandom Café, it is open from 10AM - 9PM from Monday to Sunday. Please be sure to still follow Instructions 1 and 2 and write our mailing address outside of the envelope. Click here for directions to Fandom Café.

hi! is there a size limit to the card? (i.e. it should be as big as your standard postcard) or can it be bigger?
