Update on Local Twilight Saga Book Releases
We've been getting so many questions about the new Twilight Saga books, so we're compiling all the information we've gathered about them so far.
Hachette Book Group USA (Philippines) has informed us that the Movie Tie-In Editions of Twilight are now available in most bookstores. The Mass Market Paperback Edition is less expensive (approx. PhP288) and is the size of regular pocketbooks. The Trade Paperback Edition (approx. PhP358) is printed in a bigger format like the original Twilight books, and has a pull-out poster included. The Movie Tie-In Editions have the same text as the regular editions.
The Twilight Saga Hardcover Collection is a boxed set containing all 4 books in the Saga in a hardbound format. This is now available for pre-order in the bookstores (approx. PhP3500+), and it is currently shipping to the Philippines. Stocks are expected to arrive by the end of October.
"Twilight: The Complete Illustrated Movie Companion" is available for pre-orders/reservations (price should be above PhP800) in most major bookstores. It is currently shipping to the Philippines, and stocks are expected to arrive by the end of October.
We will post about the upcoming releases for "Twilight: Collector's Edition" (available for pre-order) and "The Twilight Saga: The Official Guide", which are both expected to be released in December, when we have more information.

As far as I know, no boxed set for paperback as of now, because it isn't in Hachette's catalog. But I will ask them nonetheless.
is there a hardbound one for the illustrated movie companion?
I bought the 1st pic here last friday :)) I was so fast. I went to fullybooked 5mins after I read that its released :)) and im planning to buy the smaller one this wednesday... how come the box set is 3500+?? its cheaper if we buy all the 4 books without the box and its hardbound. ex. 1 book costs 750pesos (some books are only 500+) x 4 = 3000. see? I think its supposed to be cheaper when you buy all 4 for one? right?

There is no hardbound edition of the Complete Illustrated Movie Companion. Most companion books really do come softbound. :)
h yeah thanks i figured that one out when i went to NBS yesterday and i saw a movie companion for eragon written by the same man who made this companion for twilight.:) anyway...how about the movie tie-in? paperback lang din ba?

The illustrated movie companion is already available in FULLY BOOKED at the fort serendra. They also have there the tie-in editions. I got my IMC yesterday. Hahahaha! :)) It's a must-have. :D

i had a hard time din finding the 4 books, im from bacolod btw, but i was able to buy eclipse and breaking dawn in national bookstore. i was forced na mgpabili ng twilight and new moon sa US (through a friend) because it was always out of stock here...

NICOLE: The Twilight Collector's Ed. should be in stores again soon, according to the publisher. I think a new shipment is on the way. :) Call Fully Booked or Powerbooks and just ask to reserve a copy. :)
