News Round-Up: 20 February 2009
[UPDATE: The revelation is the new Official Title and Logo art for New Moon. Click here for the report.] The big news today is that MTV will be revealing an image from New Moon, along with some other NM stuff, later today (10PM EST, around 11AM Philippine Time). Keep checking back here and we'll post the news as soon as it's online. :)
Oh, and apparently, Entertainment Tonight also scored an exclusive look at art from the film. They're showing it in their February 19 episode. (Most likely this is the same as what MTV unveiled.)
The Deadbolt explores how the New Moon film can potentially turn out to be better than Twilight.
My Chemical Romance is steering clear of the Twilight Saga movies.
OK! Magazine says they have 7 Secrets about New Moon. The highlights: No one asked Ben Barnes to be Aro, Paramore will be back with a song for the Soundtrack, and AnnaLynne McCord has been cast as Heidi, while fellow 90210 cast member Brandon Michael Vayda has been cast as Jared. Please keep all of this in the rumour category for now until Summit Entertainment releases official information. [What?! No Ben Barnes?! *CdL sulks in a corner and goes back to watching Fringe and 90210*]
