UPDATE (5/16/11): Thank you everyone for your inputs, the admins have decided to hold the book discussion this Saturday:

WHAT: Twilight Saga: Official Guide Book Discussion
WHEN: May 21, 2011, 2:00-5:00PM
WHERE: Bo's Coffee Glorietta 5 Conference Room

Since the venue is relatively small, you must SIGN-UP at the guest list so that we can keep track of how many people will be attending. Only sign up when you are definitely going this Saturday. Just send your name to tcppromos@gmail.com with the subject "Official Guide Book Discussion" as the subject. As part of our reservation terms, each attendee must pay Php200 (consumable) in the event. We will be collecting the receipt of your purchase before the end of the discussion. Kindly wait for your confirmation e-mail to finalize your inclusion in the guest list. We will close the guest list by Friday, May 20.

The Twilight Coven Philippines will be hosting a book discussion for the Twilight Saga: Official Guide this month. Before we post any final plans on the event, we invite everyone to participate in the poll posted in the forum to decide on the final date and venue for the event. Please note that you have to be an official TCP member to participate in the poll. You can be an official member by just registering the forum.

It has been five months since we had a TCP event so we hope to see you again before the end of summer and celebrate the release of this highly-awaited book. We'll be posting the final details after the we close the poll. See you!
