News Round-Up: November 9
It's only two more weeks until the Twilight movie hits theaters and if your EQ can still handle all the videos that's been coming out, we applaud you.
Unsurprisingly, Twilight is on VH1's Must-See movies of the holiday season. Funny how VH1 mentions Edward's chest hair. It's Robert's, peeps. Not Edward's. Personally, I think there's a difference.
But before that, EW.com has some new photos of Taylor Lautner as Jacob, and outtakes from their recent cover shoot with beautiful photos of Kristen and Rob. See them here.
Amazon.com has the OST of the movie's original score already up for pre-order on their site here, with a note saying that it will be released on December 9. The page also lists the complete track listing of the score, which may be a bit spoiler-y for some of you guys. Just saying.
The first episode of MTV's new show, "Spoilers", premiering in the US on November 14, will be a treat for Twilighters, as it guests none other than the cast members of Twilight, plus everyone's current fave director Catherine Hardwicke. MTV.com has an article on the episode's taping here. Apparently, the show isn't called "Spoilers" for nothing, as audience members were treated to clips from several key movie scenes, including the ballet studio, Edward playing the lullaby, Edward "showing off" (I'm not gonna elaborate much on this one--unless you've watched the leaked videos from Rome, it's a spoiler), parts of Port Angeles, the "I know what you are" scene (this clip is floating around in the net... somewhere... *cough*youtube*cough), Bella meeting the Cullens, AND the kiss! Wow. Stitch it up and it's an entire movie!
And speaking of hefty spoilers, both IESB.net and Collider.com have managed to get a hold of sizzle reels and behind-the-scenes clips of the making of Twilight. (Hm, you know, without all the special effects, I realized that acting is actually kind of pretty awkward.) In addition, Collider.com also has video interviews with Stephenie, Kristen, Robert, Peter, Cam, and Taylor. See them here.
