"Twilight" is #3 in the list of the Philippines' Top Grossing Films of 2008
Given a few more extra play dates, Twilight would've probably overtaken A Very Special Love. Unfortunately, it was MMFF time, and it had to be pulled out from cinemas after December 24.However, Twilight still performed very well, even overtaking The Dark Knight by about half a million dollars in ticket sales. Not bad for the first movie of a franchise that is really only just taking off here in the Philippines, and for a movie that is aimed largely at teenage girls. Take that, box office naysayers! :p

bakit hindi nag bago yung sales? ganun pa din, dba 3rd week pa yun? parang hindi nila nabilang yung 4th week ...i think...

Usually, matagal talaga mag-update ang International data nila, so I guess we have to wait for a while pa to get the final numbers for Twilight.
