Remember that report we posted about Kristen Stewart's dad's answer to the question of "Why isn't Kristen at the Oscars?" Well, it looks like the comment didn't sit well with a lot of people. MTV has a report on the backlash, and so does Celebuzz. E! Online's take on it is more interesting, though. They're saying it's all about the politics.

Finally, this one is just... wow. Entertainment Weekly reports that Drew Barrymore is part of a select group of directors that Summit is talking to about directing Eclipse. Summit and Drew's reps have no comment, so consider this as a rumour for now. [Yes, folks, Drew really is into directing now. She's just finished making a movie starring Ellen Page.]
